Cancelling Your Appointment:
All confirmed appointments must be cancelled at least 48-hours in advance, or they will be charged for in full. If your appointment is on a Monday, please ensure you cancel it by midday on the Friday before, or you will be subject to our cancellation policy and the fees associated with it. Due to the nature of my work, I am unable to fill appointments at short notice, and therefore must implement and uphold a strict cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Subsidy by health insurance
The services offered by non-medical Psychotherapy Practitioners are not covered under standard statutory health insurance policies. If you have Private Health Insurance, you may be able to make a claim for treatments carried out at the Psychotherapy Healing Clinic, but this depends on the terms of your policy. We recommend you contact your health insurance provider prior to starting any treatment plan if you intend to make a claim.
All payments must be settled on the day in cash, and you are solely responsible for claiming any refunds or reimbursements from your private health insurance provider.
